    Emotions still running high over controversial mining vote in Assembly

    State Assembly continues budget debate MADISON- Emotions still running high after Thursday night's controversial vote to allow more mining in Wisconsin.

    The assembly passed the bill to allow a huge open pit iron mine in the Northwoods.

    Protestors had to be cleared from the chamber before the vote following several outbursts.
